The location of this place is really convenient, close to a train station and with a market and convenience store nearby.

I had an amazing stay for 3 nights. The hotel is fairly clean and the staff are exceptionally kind. They offer spacious, impeccable rooms with the most comfortable beds. Its location is favorable & perfect, so close to Kyoto station which is great for transport links, bus stations, and great Japanese restaurants. Kyoto district deserves to be explored.

The room had all the necessary amenities including a shower, hairdryers, and soft bathrobes, which was a plus. The hotel's central location was just a minute's walk from a tower and a temple. The staff was amiable and attentive, and there was no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at Hotel Excellence Nishi for 3 nights with my partner. The location was very close to Kyoto Station, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel was new and everything was in great condition. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and the check-in process was simple. Towels, robes, and slippers were renewed daily, and our luggage was already in our room when we checked in. it was a great choice for its price and I would recommend it to couples.
